Small Club. Well I came to visit a month ago and was told this was the best gay club to go to. I get there and its a trashy area. If you get there after 9:30PM you have to wait approx 1hr - 2 1/2 hrs in line. I get in there and the scene was not what I was expecting California to offer. I'm from Seattle and this Express... I would consider it a bar, NOT a NIGHT CLUB! It closes early at 1:30am. Most night clubs normally close at 4am where im from. There was a decent crowed inside but there were only about 3 or 4 of them that looked attractive. Fresno needs an update and face lift!!

Black and navy blue, with artwork adorning its two bars and a rainbow motif running through the tile, this gay/lesbian dance club is nothing short of beautiful.. The Scene:
Before it closed earlier this year, the Express was the biggest and most popular gay/lesbian dance club in the city. Now it has reopened, less than two miles from its original site, and become a bigger and even better place to dance and meet new friends. Add some Bay Area house music thumping through the place, an attractive crowd, and huge drinks, and this club looks like a winner. Black tables and chairs are strewn along the dance floor and in both bars, where everyone seems to wait for friends. The bartender is your pal and will answer any questions you may have with a cheerful smile. Expect a few drag queens, but mostly pretty young men and women sipping drinks in leather, spandex, and a few studded collars here and there.
