The owner needs customer service training.
What about serving the customer don't they understand? We requested something, they got it wrong, made no apologies, didn't sent it the way we requested it, and said that's too bad!

I have neve been treated so rudely by someone! I spoke with Stephanie who claimed she was the owner of the company and she was so rude and not accomdating---she actually hung up on me when I asked about a refund!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!
