In Short – A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.

Rude workers

I have gone to David's Bridal now several times, lastly for my daughter in law's wedding party. The workers were so rude, yelling out people's sizes in front of everyone; not helpful; not even smiling. There was absolutely NO customer service. I would NEVER recommend that someone go to David's Bridal - the prices aren't even all that good. You can get just as good at Luftenburgs - PLUS great service!

horrible experience

Horrible experience. I would have given it a zero if possible. Made an appt so I could get the special attention they talk about. Once the sales lady (Tyrna??) found out my budget was only $200 she pretty much said there's the dresses and ignored me for walk-ins. I guess I wasn't going to spend enough in the store to get special attention. I was alone becausse I am a travel nurse and did not have anyone to go with me. I really needed some help. You cannot try on dresses alone. Can't fasten the back and zip by yourself. If you plan to go take someone with you to help. Unless, maybe you plan to drop a few grand. Then maybe you will get that special attention.
