My hair color nightmare. I got my hair colored by Natalie Perez on a Saturday afternoon and it took me until the following Tuesday evening to wake up from the nightmare. She text messaged throughout my appointment.That should've been my first clue about the outcome. I asked Natalie Perez for rich browns and she trashed my hair with a black base and shocks of platinum, splotchy streaks she called "highlights". I don't know what part of "I don't want any blonde" she doesn't understand. When I told her I didn't like it she made no offer to make any adjustments or fix what she had done. I would've at least given her credit for having good customer service and decency. Instead, she let me walk out of her salon looking like a homegirl. I was mortified by the appearance of my hair and went home, washed my hair with baking soda, vinegar, and Dawn dish soap before finding a color fix with which I promptly stripped the $85.00 color job. I dumped some L'oreal bottle color in my hair until I could see my regular stylist again.

they're awesome. jomar and eric are the best and the most expensive. but you don't have to worry about a bad cut or color . it always looks good. i've been going to jomar for 4 years and i have never had a bad cut . I dont even request a certin style i justr let him cut, (and dye). and it's just fab.
