Amazing Wedding Shop. The store I went to was in River Park. But the help was fantastic, and we were able to get a wedding dress right there. No ordering and waiting for weeks. Help was good and we didn't feel rushed.

NIGHTMARE!!!! DON'T ORDER BRIDESMAID GOWNS FROM HERE!!!. NIGHTMARE THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER A WEDDING DRESS OR BRIDES MAIDS DRESSES FROM STARLETTE O’HARA!!! WARNING: to any brides out there. With only 4 weeks before my wedding the owner calls me and tells me that the 6 bridesmaid dresses I order through them aren't coming! She was in a fight over her unpaid bill with the designer she ordered through and she canceled her account with them, so the dresses could not be shipped. Sure I got my money back, but it was nightmare trying to find another dress for the girls on such short notice or to find another place to have them shipped. Thank God I found another place that would let me pay the same price and let me ship them there. Not only did Starlette O'Hara screw up the order from coming, I come to find out when we are shipping the dresses to a different shop that she also ordered all the sizes way too big for my girls, and didn't order one of the six dresses at all! If one of my bridesmaids hadn't dropped out unexpectedly the night mare that is Starlette O'Hara would have continued. It is an unprofessional place, and I will NEVER recommend anyone shopping there for ANYTHING.

Best Boutique in the Area!. This boutique feels like your stepping into Italy. I received the best customer service and styling advice from one of the owners whom is there everytime I visit! She is very personal and remembered my name. The dresses are beautiful and most of them are one of a kind! Their prices are reasonable and they register the dresses for each event! I love this place and highly recommend them!

SNOBS. I love shopping different boutiques, but I won't bother with this one again! The salespeople are rude, they don't acknowledge anyone, they're not helpful and they don't seem to care about their customers. They do have beautiful merchandise (I'll give them that), but it's NOT worth the poor customer service! I'd rather shop somewhere else. The owner and salespeople (SNOBS) should think twice about how they treat people because if they keep this up...I don't see them being in business much longer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD VISITED THE FIG GARDEN SHOPPING CENTER FOR THEIR ANNUAL SIDEWALK SALE. STARLETTE O'HARA HAD THE BEST SALES AND SELECTION BY FAR. ALL THOUGH THEY WERE VERY VERY BUSY, THEY WERE AS HELPFUL AS THEY CAN BE. THE SELECTION OF BEAUTIFUL DRESSES IS ENDLESS. IF U CANT FIND SOMETHING THERE YOU PROBABLLY WONT FIND IT ANYWHERE. THE CLOTHES ARE SO UNIQUE AND THEY REGISTER ALSO SO I KNEW FOR SURE NO ONE WOULD HAVE MY DRESS AT THE EVENT I WAS ATTENDING. I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THEM AGAIN ANYTIME I NEED SOMETHING NICE TO WEAR TO AN EVENT.

It pays to shop around!. While traveling in California last week my daughter and I stopped in Starlette O?Hara?s and found a dress. Although the staff was busy preparing for a V.I.P. party that was starting within a half hour, one sales clerk was helpful in looking for other sizes and styles. Unfortunately, the other two staffers were preoccupied with their preparations to the point of being rude?one began clearing off a table of merchandise while I was looking at some of the items. We purchased a dress for $180.00. Apparently, we were not considered V.I.Pish enough to be offered any of the refreshments or a discount. As we continued our vacation, we were in a small boutique in Encinitas, CA and found the same dress for $89.00! When we arrived home, I called and spoke with a manager of Starlette O?Hara?s thinking that perhaps the dress was miss-marked. Without even asking for information about the dress (item/style number or description) she said that the dress was in fact $180.00. When I questioned how she could be so sure of a price without even hearing a description of the dress she responded that they can?t purchase a dress at their cost for $89.00. My suggestion to the owners, staff and management of Starlette O?Hara?s is that they need to brush up on their customer service skills and perhaps find a new buyer.

rude sales girls. The sales girls were rude and not at all helpful. I went in with my daughter and niece, we ask for help there were only tw other coustomers in the store one was being helped by her friend and the other was tld to make a cash purchase so she wouldnt have to pay sales tax. When the girl didnt ring the dress through the register the customer commented on how strange this was. I think so too. I kept asking for a dress to be taken down off the display and the pregant sales girl said she couldnt take it down.

cant wait to go back. best service,most beautiful unique clothes, great selection of dresses and gowns.

the atmosphere was the greatest, it's like walking back in time everything a girl wants is in there.
