I absolutely LOVE this place!. I am astounded to read a review that someone had a bad experience at Salazar's! I've eaten there about 5 times and it seems like each time I go back the food gets better and better! Iv'e had their Boss Margarita and I honestly loved it, perfect blend of tequila/s&s mix=) I also love the fact that you can get black beans or whole pinto beans instead of just refried beans, their rice is always light and fluffy. I try to order different meals each time I go and honestly everything Iv'e had here has been superb. I love the atmosphere and service. I like how they have a mexican-fusion thing going on. I definitely recommend it as one of the BEST restaurant & bars in the central valley .

Don't waste your time on this place. Bartenders are lazy and don't know how to make drinks. They are lucky that they are one of the only bars in Kingsburg so they are able to stay in business. Somebody please open a bar in this poor town that knows how a bar should be run.
