Filthy Conditions & Poor Management. One month ago I walked into this store and saw a small cage of budgies (parakeets) cramped together and covered in fecal matter! The cage appeared to not have been cleaned in MONTHS! I wrote a letter and recieved no response. I walked in to check on the birds a week or so ago and there was no change. One bird was bleeding from being attacked by the others. Feed was contaminated as well as the water. I sent an email to the district headquarters and attached two pictures. Two days later the manager emailed me and requested a meeting.

She stated she'd personaly cleaned the cage her self despite me having witnessed her worker do it the night before. I infomed the worker that there were spiders and cobwebs in the cage and that one bird was bleeding. He chuckled and said "At least its not a black widow." During the meeting the next day I pointed out that the insects were still in the cage and the injured bird hadn't been segregated. The manager basically gave me a load of crap about not having enough staff to keep the cages clean. Ect. Horrible place. Wont shop there again and I hope you don't either!
