Boycott this facility. Do not use doctors who are part of Bullard Medical Group. My mom and I were both patients of Dr. Morlan. My mom got lab work done that was ordered by this doctor and then 5 days later, her office staff called my mom and told her that because she only has Medicare that they will no longer see her. She had only 1 week's worth of meds left and a serious infection. When she asked if they'd at least fill her meds they said, No. We have cancelled your apppointment. They "dumped" my mom without any warning. Of course because I have insurance they didn't dump me. The office staff is uncaring and unprofessional. If you ask a queston, they act like you're bugging them. The lab is not much better. Wait time can be 2+ hours. Northwest and Peachwood Med. groups are much better. NW saw my mom right away, filled her meds, and referred her to Peachwood. I feel their dumping of elderly patients was a choice of the medical group as a whole. They can't even send elderly patients a letter and give them time to find a new doctor. Ridiculous! They don't care about patients--only money.
