Great Computer Shop

Micronet is the place to go. I had some viruses on my computer and they were very quick, personable, and got my computer back to it's old self within 24 hours. The price was extremely affordable as well. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the Fresno area.

The Best Little Computer Shop Around

My old laptop died finally, Charles and his crew had kept it running for the last couple years of its life, doing the impossible I thought but every time I got it back it was working like new,alas it died. I talked with Charles about a new computer, he asked a few questions and came up with what turns out to be the very best computer I have ever had, period. He did not try to upsell anything and the transaction went perfect. I ordered this custom built unit one day and the next day picked up my computer ready to go..... How is that for fast service??? When you go to Micronet be prepared to spend a little extra time, as while you are there discussing your computer issues you will also pick up some inside knowledge of how these things really work, all for free! I will always be a customer for life and recommend their services to all.

Great Service!

When my business computer died with all of my quickbooks files on it, I thought it was a lost cause to get my data back, but Charles and his crew were able to fix in it a day. Charles was friendly and personable, and reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix my ten year old computer. In less than 24 hours I had my computer back as good as new. I will never take my computers anywhere else. I have and will recommend Micronet to anyone with computer issues.

Great Advice

Charles was extremely helpful. Answered the phone on a weekend and explained to me what my options were to fix my laptop. Didn't try to sell me on anything and gave me really good advice. Would highly recommend.

If you want service done right, go here!!!

These days, its difficult to get anything repaired without having to deal with extra BS, but not at Micronet. Charles helped me out and I was really impressed by the service. He got right to it, explained everything to me in detail, but was very laid-back and really a nice funny guy. There was no pressure to hurry and make a decision nor to purchase anything extra. In fact, they threw in an external HD case for my recovered HD, at no extra charge. I was just really impressed by there honesty, knowledge, and quick, friendly service. They have all kinds of computer services, so I'll probably go through them again.
