Fresno >P.F. Chang's
Pass this up. I'm sure P.F. Chang's is considered good in parts of the country that do not have access to authentic Chinese food. Fresno is NOT one of those places. This is overpriced bland faux chinese. Do yourself a favor and go to Grand Palace or D'Hou.
Example: great place for good bread.
If you want authentic Bistro, go to Italy.
If you want real Chinese, go to China.
If you’re in Cali (fornia) and you want Chinese Bistro visit PF Chang’s.
If you happen to be in FRESNO, CA (Gateway to Yosemite), go to PF Chang’s in River Park. Treat yourself, as Marco Polo did in ages past, to the lavish cuisine of the imperial dynasties. In Fresno . . . at PF Chang’s . . . in River Park, ask for Mary Kay who presents an entourage of delightful & courteous servers who pine over your every need & desire. When it comes to exotic yet familiar cravings for Euro-Asian taste, your palate will be more than satisfied by the enchanting dining experience in the Chinese tradition with a bit of old Italy's Mediterranean touch.
When we visited PF Chang’s @ River Park, Fresno, my family & I were thoroughly impressed by Amanda’s gracious hospitality & enthusiasm as she skillfully prepared the dipping sauce, PF Chang’s signature speciality (it’s all in the sauce), custom tailored to our particular taste right before our eyes at the table. This is a time honored tradition – a combination of exquisite service & quality cuisine . . . a true gourmet delight, and thoroughly satisfying dining experience! . . . BRAVO
