Yuk Joy Suck. Voted this place a one star because there wasn't a no star available. I ordered take out pork chow mein, rice, fried shrimp, chicken yuk on a stick, orange nasty dried up chicken, chickensalty in paper....Worse food I've ever wasted my money on...overly greasy Chinese food. The fried shrimp was overdone, shriveled up inside the thick, hard twice cooked oily coating of batter. Ate some and then decided to dump it in the trash...although the food was soooo bad it wasn't even trash worthy.

Best Chinese in Fresno. I am astounded at the bad review I read on here. I have never had such a problem with staff. I have been eating at Joy Luck for years and I absolutely love the place! The decore may not be the best, but its a restaurant not a museum or art gallery. The food is always fresh, and never stale, or unappetizing. I eat in here at least 8-12 times a year and always bring friends. Everyone has had a great experience and goes back. I actually have them on speed dial so I can call and make a to-go order. The staff at the front of the restaurant are friendly and always welcoming. The waiters are equally friendly and willing to assist you in making choices between all of the great menu items. Everything here is served family style, and I usually only order 3 or so dishes and we share. We can always take the rest home. If you have a larger group you can order a few more dishes, but remember it's a lot of food. :) Wonton soup here is great and so is the lemon chicken. Also, I recommend the Crab Rangoons: Best in town!

Fine food, Fair service, dangerous atmosphere!!. I went to this eatery on Saturday July 12 th. Accompanied by my in-laws and my wife and 14 year old son. There were six in our party. Ages 101,(grandmother), 75, (mother-in-law), 78, (father-in-law), Myself,(57), Wife,(48) and our 14 year old son. When we arrived around 5:30 pm we were met with complete indifference by the staff at the front desk. I finally requested a table for six and waited 10 minutes while everyone of the Staff ignored us. We were finally seated in the extreme back of the Restaurant where the staff were having a "party" for wont of a better word. This group of young people were all in uniform and all drinking and all loud and useing very bad language. My Father-in-law finally told our server that this group was bothering us and could they stop cussing. I have never been in a place where the people in charge would have allowed there staff or patrons to act so bad. I was shocked and appalled as I was expecting to be treated to fine dinning, not a rowdy Biker bar. The food when it arrived was very good. I wonder if the owner knew what kind of actions his staff were exposing the patrons to. I was the only caucasion in our party, everyone is chinese which made the actions of the asian staff all the more surprising.

We come from a very, very large asian family and we shall not return.
