Worst facial I've ever had. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Rachel is incredibly unfriendly and clomped (loudly) around the room in high heels. A facial is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I have no idea what she put on my face, but the skin under my eyes has been dry and scaly ever since. Save yourself - go somewhere else for a facial!

Tammy can cut short hair and long hair. I have been to Tammy twice now. Even after the first cut I noticed she gets me (my style) more than other hairdressers I have been to for years. I highly recommend her. I have struggled to find a hairdresser who can give me a consistent short haircut that is flattering for a woman and I think I might have found the one. When I walked into the salon for my second cut I noticed another hairdresser with long hair. I admired her haircut for a while. I worried that she might fbe offended at my staring but I really liked her hair. Later I found out that Tammy had given her that cut that same day. Tammy doesn't have an assistant (hair assistants are a pet peeve of mine) so she looks at your hair before it is washed and knows what texture and lengths she is working with. She takes cutting techniques and overall shape into consideration. I also like the salon. Very professional but laid back. I haven't been to another hair salon in fresno with that sort of professional feel. The owner, Ed, came up to me, shook my hand and complimented my hair cut on my first visit. He had just given the woman in the chair next to me a really cute pixie cut. What a refreshing experience. I will do another review in a few months to evaluate the consistency of my experience but at this point I highly recommend this salon and Tammy. I am a tough cookie when it comes to haircuts too.

Greatest, Gifted Hands and Atmosphere, LOVE IT!!. I love my hair and it is really important to me.:0) I do a lot of research when I'm in need of a new Salon and it has been a challenge to find everything that is important to me in one Salon, until I found Neo Dolce Salon. From it's Atmosphere to it's services I leave there feeling phenomenal. Eveyone is so nice and make you feel so comfortable and everyone acknowledges one another it is a big difference from what I have observed at other salons. I always look forward to my appoitments not just beacuse I know I'm going to leave there with beautiful new look, also I'm going to have a great time and be pampered at the same time. Thanks Ed your the BEST!!! Luv Ya!!! If there was such thing as your hair meeting it's soul mate it has certainley found the perfect hands! :0)

Tammy Rocks! Great customer service. Tammy can cut hair! Got a Bad cut somewhere and she totally fixed my hair, I am amazed at that talent at this salon!!!! They stay educated, taking classes everywhere. Tammy has even been to classes with Nick Arrojo....(the stylist from what not to wear!) They have a stylist that is crazy about vidal sasson..Check these guys out. Front desk is very helpful, they use wella kp color and pureology...They also do nails and facials.. there are about 17 stylist, 2 manicurist and an estetician, 3 people at the front desk

Incredible Stylist. I have been going (originally with Ed, co-owner) for about 12 years (when they had the other salon, Le Salon) and they are the best at what they do. I completely recomment Ed, Vera, and Christy. And i am sure the rest are as talented.

Great service!. This salon is beautiful and clean. The people that work there are all friendly and warm and work with excellence. I definately recommend this place!
