Best In Fresno

I thought my overall experience was exceptional in regards to other spas in fresno. I felt very relaxed, and appreciated during my Manicure, facial and massage. The girls made small talk when necessary but overall were professional. I've had a multitude of services throughout the U.S. and Muses will be where I go back next time I am in Fresno. P.S. there is a ton of cool shaded parking in the parking structure below the building.

• Pros: nice service and good employees
• Cons: little expensive but you get what you pay for

Total waste of money and time.

I love going to spas and thought by the looks of the place that Muses would be great...I was wrong! First, I was greeted with blank stares from the women sitting at the front desk. I found out later that one of the women was the owner!! While I waited, I overheard some employees making very rude comments about other customers. Needless to say, my facial and pedicure were uncomfortable at best. My opinion is that Muses is unprofessional and that looks can definitely by deceiving. I won't go back.

Over priced

I had to try it. Have tried them all. I can not believe people pay 120.00 for a facial. It was not even very good! Very routine. Left feeling like I still had stuff on my face other than the moisturizer. She also can not do any extractions what so ever. Then why the high price tag? She does not do Bikini waxes. Someone there does Brazilin waxes but it starts at 80.00. If people were smart, they would look around and see it is not the Name of the place or the location that matters. There are much better services and prices out there. So far I like Old Town Clovis; I will not mention names to be fair. I did like Provado but every time it was a different technician. Once I have to wait an hour and a half between a facial and a massage. That was my last trip there. This day and economy, Muses is high way robbery.
