Don't Go Here. I had an appointment with Dr. Simjee at 1:45 p.m. on 08/24/10. I arrived on time and was asked to fill out some paperwork. One of the forms stated that there would be a fee for a missed appointment and that if I was late, I would have to re-schedule. This would all be okay, if she valued my time as much as she valued her own time. I waited for almost 45 minutes before being called back. However, what infuriated me was that the former Mayor, Alan Autry (i,e. "Bubba" from "In the Heat of the Night") walked in and never planted his behind in a chair. He was apologizing profusesly for being late and the staff from the back all flooded to the partition window to greet him, telling him "not to worry." He was taken back immediately, while another gentleman and I continued to wait. When I was finally brought back, I explained that I needed to leave at 3:00 p.m. to pick-up my kids from school and I was concerned I'd have to leave without being seen. The medical technician explained that there were two people ahead of me - one must have been Mr. Autry and then the other gentlemen who was in the waiting room with me. I was floored that "Bubba" was being seen before me, even though he arrived at least 45 minutes after me. I will not be back to Dr. Simjee's office again.

Absolutley Horrible. Horrible! I went to her for acne as well and had the exact same experience as "Fresno Gal." She was running way behind and I had to wait and hour and a half to see her. When I finally got in, she spent maybe 2 minutes with me at the most! She didn't address any of my questions or concerns. She acted like she was bothered that I was even talking to her! She even went as far as to snap at me. She just tossed some prescriptions my way and left. Just awful! Don't go to her! I recently went to see Dr. Peter Yao at Peachwood Medical Group. He blew her out of the water! He spent over and hour with me, addressed all my questions/concerns, and was very nice. Simjee doesn't deserve to have one patient when there are wonderful Dr's out there like Yao. Go see him instead!
