Only Firemen get good service

I recently went to purchase a pair a Thorogood boots. The boot had a defect that was obvious. The toe was seperated from the footbed. They didn't have anymore my size and refused to order another pair until they sold this (defective) pair. Are there any firemen out there that would have purchased this boot? I doubt it. I guess you have to purchase a hundred boots a year to get good service. I won't be going back. I was expecting the kind of service that "Playing with fire" describes, but I only work at a hospital. Not very important I guess.

Good memories

I remember this place when I was a little kid, going in with my father when ever he needed new work boots. I hadn't been in there for over 20 years.

Wow! This place has expanded and probably has the biggest work boot selection that I have seen.

Customer service was top notch like I remember it. Try finding that now.

I'm glad to see local family owned businesses are still around. Their business card says they have been around since 1969.

Best Kept Secret in Fresno

This boot store is probably the best kept secret in the Valley. Their boot selection is incredible and their prices are hard to beat.

Trust me when I say these guys are the Work Boot Authority in the valley!
