Great Buying Experience. I had purchased a 2007 Cadillac from Michaels and had an ok experience but boy have things changed in the last few years!! Just bought a new Cadillac from Vinod Pathak at Michaels and it was th best car buying experience ever. he really went out of his way to listen and help instead of being pushy. I would definitely recommend him and the other people who helped me. the service department has also come a long way and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority !

my boyfriend took his work truck in to be serviced..1st:they took 1 week to do a 2 day job, 2nd:the day he picked up the vehicle he left town to drive across state; he received a call from the mngr of the shop, that the mechanic who worked on his vehicle FORGOT TO REPLACE A PIN IN THE STEERING FRAME!!!!, when he couldnt bring it back to be replaced he had to take it to another shop to replace the item, this shop found that the mechanic LEFT ALL THE BOLTS FINGER LOOSE ON THE STEERING FRAME AND THE DRUM BRAKE ON THE REAR RIGHT TIRE WAS FINGER LOOSE AS WELL, ***MY BOYFRIEND COULD HAVE KILLED HIMSELF AND OTHERS***the shop managers response when informed of the SHITTY WORK, was "everyone makes mistakes","the mechanic was in a rush to get it off his list" IT TOOK OVER 1 WEEK!!!!...THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE, BUT PISS POOR, HALF ASSED, LAZY WORK, no apology, no offer to be reimbursed for the WORK THAT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT DONE, "....PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
