You have an awesome company. You have an awesome company. We previously rented from a different co. and they brought the bounce house late and picked it up early, which was really disappointing. Every interaction we had with your co was friendly and professional. I had heard horror stories about other companies and was so pleased when I found Central Coast Fun Jumps. The resources that were put into the website demonstrated that Central Coast Fun Jumps is committed to quality. I was so pleased with the service, from the time that I placed the order to the time that the jump was taken away. Thanks for everything.We will definitely use your co again in the future and recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you for helping our daughter have a Fabulous birthday party

Will not rent from again. We booked a princess bounce house for my daughter's 7th birthday party weeks before the event. Several days prior to the event, my wife called to confirm, and let the company know the time of the party which was at noon. They assured us the delivery would be between 9-11. 11 a.m. came and went, and they were no shows. We called and they stated, they had us down for delivery between 1 and 3 p.m. No good! After reminding them about the time, they said, 'we'll see what we can do and will "try" to be there by noon.' They did arrive a little after the party started, but by the time they set everything up, the party was going and the kids were anxious to bounce. I called the office and requested a discount, but was told they were well within their time frame for delivery. I told them it was their mistake that they booked us for a later delivery, and that my wife called earlier in the week just to avoid such an incident. They said they would credit us for the next time we rented from them, but I told them I was not going to rent from them again. Very poor customer service. Clearly their objective is not to make the customer happy.
