Number One Thai in Fresno. The only Thai restaurant that I'll eat at. Its a fantastic little place with a huge menu. I only mentioned the three items in the "PROS" because I can't seem to venture away from them..... because they're sooooo good. Thank you Mr. Wit!

Thai Gem is the best Thai food in the Fresno/Clovis area!. My family loves this restaurant! One night we were hungry, and took a chance, and now we can't stop coming here! We love the owner, he is so nice and helpful! The food is super delicious, and we have the option of making it spicy if we want! I highly suggest the red and green curry, panang curry, and chicken in hot pan with red sauce (I think that's what it's called!) Everything is fresh and delicious, and authentic! We love Thai Gem, everyone should give it a try!

Thai Gem and I fell in love with their food the first time I tried it. Food is cooked at the time

it is ordered--nothing prepared ahead of time. Sauces are excellent and each dish

calls for a specific sauce.
