Amateurs work here. I wanted to color my hair blonde, and realized that at the end of the process, my hair became like elastic strings that would break off. Half of all my hair practically died, and the owner acted like it was no big deal! It couldn't be combed and even get wet. Once it got wet, it became a mess and would fall off like it melted. Got my nails done there too, but to my dissatisfaction. It was cheap, but the quality is poor. Gave them many chances, but always end up disappointed. My sister got her hair highlighted there and it was horrible like it was done by an amateur.
