Bob Perry Insurance in Fresno, Above and Beyond in Customer Service, Great people!. I have had my insurance through Bob's office for about 3 years now and I would never leave. Even though this is a very busy office, they always take the time to go a step above and beyond what I would expect an insurance company to be like. I've had other insurance before, but never got the kind of service I get from this place. For instance, once I was stranded, and one of the workers there called a tow truck for me, and had me bring in the invoice for immediate reimbursement. I get the sense that these people genuinely care, and I feel good knowing that if something goes wrong they are there for me. Bob is a very likeable agent, and you can feel the positive atmosphere when you go into their office.
