Rude Rude Rude. We checked in one night and had the poorest service of any hotel I can remember. I was so upset I wrote a letter to the manager. Never had a reply, an apology - nothing. I will NEVER stay there again, find someplace that treats you in a polite manner. I was so mad I didn't sleep much.
