A work of art is a joke, it is a tiny overcrowded workout studio with 25 year old pictures of the owner from a body building contest he didnt win. his manner is gruff, vulgar and cranky. He offers no consistency in his workouts. He keeps clients around so he can shout out orders, he likes to have people tell him how good he is.

save your money, find a kinesiology student on craigslist who offers training instead . Art Contrestano witholds information so his clients keep reupping. this man is a misogynistic old fossil who treats women poorly.
