Horrible Customer Service!!!. I had an awful experience with Digi Designs! I placed an order for postcards for our business and have never received them OR been refunded back our money. We were asked to pay up front, which I found weird since we have placed orders with them before and never needed to pay before we received our order. It has been 10 weeks since our order was placed and no postcards or refund yet! I have called nearly every day for the past 9 weeks with either no answer or the individual who answered has no idea what I'm talking about. Dean, the owner, is supposedly never in the office or the few times I've talked to him he has given me the "your refund will be there tomorrow" line. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!
