Tips for Pet Resort & Spa

Have abruptly stopped taking my pet there. Large girl at front desk very snotty. Phone rings forever then to be put on hold. Have had to wait because not opened on time. Dark with portable fan on in lobby during height of summer.

I just not comfortable there. My pet is my family. That's just another business.
