poor food and service. I called to speak with the manager regarding a complaint I had about some really poor service and cold food, and was greeted by a rude female voice. I asked her If it would be possible to speak with a manager or an owner......she cut me off and brashly replied, "No, but I can answer one question for you...It's lunch time---" First of all it was 10:45, not exactly lunch time, secondly, the customer service skills of this employee are obviously lacking. Di Cicco's.....my advice to you, train your employees and get some new chefs that really know how to make italian food. I will walk a couple blocks to Luna's Pizzeria next time I get a craving!

Overcharge. They advertise a $10.99 large pizza, but if you order it delivered it is $22.00 for the same pizza. I find this outrageous to charge $11.01 for delivery. I didn't add extra cheese just a large pepperoni pizza for $22.00 delivered less than 1 mile away.
