Exceptional calzone and pizza. Michelangelo's calzone is the best I have ever eaten ANYWHERE. Their pizza is also exceptional and the restaurant is run by one of the nicest families I have ever met.

GREAT FOOD!. Okay, you people that didn't like this place must have not given it a chance and started off with a negative attitude. I have been going to this place for over 6 years. I just tried it on a whim and was amazed! The pizza is great, the calzones are to die for, and the subs are delicious. Try anything with the home made chipotle sauce and you'll be in heaven! They have lunch specials you can not beat! Try it and have an open mind and trust me, you'll not be dissappointed by the food. If you have to wait a while it's because good food, made to order, takes time and care! By far the best italian place that I will always go to!

bad food bad service why go. small family joints are a dime a dozen in fresno and michaelangelos is waste of space.service doesnt seem to care that you are there.food tastes like it was frozen and heated in microwave.just go to salsas mexican instead.

Family Owned and Operated.......30inch PIZZA. This family restaraunt is perfect for family dining. They make you feel like you are part of the family. It is like the modern day cheers. the family greets you like your one of the family. When I went with my family we tried the pizza and the lasagna, which are to die for. Everything is made from scratch. Last time we went we had a party and order the big pizza! 30inches of perfection.

Don't waste your time.. I admit we didn't actually taste the pizza, but judging by everything else about my experience, it had better be amazing to have received such a high rating so far. We were not greeted promptly upon entering, even though it was not busy at all (no, not even on a Friday night). It was cold, and it smelled like fruity bathroom air fresheners instead of anything truly edible or even appetizing. The decor was mix & (not) match, and in combination with the service, gave a very vacant experience. We got our drinks and ordered a pizza and then were left completely alone for 40 minutes without any word or sign of our food. Fortunately, the conversation was good, or else there's no way we would have waited even that long. Once we realized how long it had been since we'd ordered, we decided that if we could think of where else we'd like to eat before our food came, then we'd go there instead. Fortunately, Dicicco's was just down the street. We walked over there (no one even noticed as we were leaving Michaelangelo's) and were seated in a comfortable booth in a warm restaurant that actually smelled like a restaurant, and had the most delicious pizza we've ever had in Fresno.

Great pizza!. Dining room is small and inviting. Yummy pizza and we were right at home with our 6 month old. Can't wait to go back again!

Ask for Scott!. When I went he was the nicest most helpful of all! He really made the trip to Clovis worthwhile.

My first visit. The pizza is like bay area pizza, seems very good. Though not the best pizza I've had in town. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable on the phone.

Don't miss the PINK sauce.. We had a wonderful time at this family run italian eatery. Very good service (ask for Omar). One of the best places to eat in Clovis. Family friendly.
