don't waste your money. I paid over a hundred dollars for 1 dozen roses and the arrangement wasn't nice at all and it was cheaply done. There were bald spots where there was nothing. The arranging was poorly done, my 7 yr old could have done a better job. When i call them back they were rude and unaccommodating. I will never buy from them again.

Best Wedding Flowers Ever!. Heart-felt thanks for the magnificent flowers you designed and assembled for my daughter's wedding. Even taking into consideration the substantial exaggeration expected (and sought out) from friends and relatives as to the beauty of a wedding, so many people specifically noted your flowers as being the most beautiful they had ever seen. You forgot no detail. The bridal bouquet spoke to my daughter's fantasy as did the corsages and bouquets for all the family and attendants. You performed a miracle with the hallway of the Teneya Lodge and the ballroom with the swags, candles, topiaries and bouquets.

Not only were the flowers beautiful, but you allowed us to be a part of it all and I'm sure it would have been

much easier to "just do it". You allowed me to be a part of the wedding and I thank you for that and for

spending considerable time with us on several occasions to make sure our dream was your vision.

Your personal artistry and "blood, sweat, and tears" was absolutely integral in creating a wonderful celebration for family and friends. You have a reference and customer for life. My heart-felt thanks to you for creating a reality far lovelier than our dream.

Beware of Prices and Besure You Know What is Being Delivered. Several of us went in together to purchase an $85.00 (this is before any charges were added) plant with a few flowers. The item was for a Memorial Service. So we could locate the plant, we arrived a little earlier. We were very embarrased and then upset. I wish I had had my camera. Basket not full and a very small bow, that looked like an eight year old had tied. I phoned the next day and was told I would have to call back the following day and speak to the owner. I was told to call in the afternoon because the owner would probably be tied up with other shop matters that she would have to attend to first. I decided to phone early A.M. and owner, Pam answered. She was the only one there and no else would be in until the afternoon. She did have the note regarding my complaint. Her attitude and demeanor left a lot to be desired. Her soluation was for me to retrieve the plant and then she would give me a Lilly Plant for my exchange. I explained how this had been a friends daughter that had passed away. She was in no way concerned.

I will in no way recommend. Buyer BEWARE!

Don't get what you ask for and pay for. I hired them for my wedding. I sat down with the owner, Pam and gave her many pictures and specifics of what I wanted. I told Pam I want only red flowers and they came white, red and pink with a ton of greenery filler. The bouquets were really small for what I paid for and told I would get and were not what I asked for. I told Pam wanted crystals bursting out of my bouquet above the flowers and she wrapped a gem garland around the handle you hold and don't see (which I paid an extra $100 for!). She dropped off all of the flowers before the scheduled time and left...what a cheat!!! My bridesmaids frantically try to fix things the best they could. When I got to the reception where I hires Pam to put 2 layers of fresh red roses between the layers of the cake and she only did one. My advice, DON'T GO THERE!

Beware of Prices. 5/15/07 - After viewing the website for Secret Garden I contacted them to place an order for Funeral flowers. They took my information and I told them what I had selected. I was placed on hold and then informed that the order would be an additional $50.00. I was informed that prices on the website are only "suggested" prices. I asked what would have happened if I had went ahead and ordered the flowers on line at the price quoted. I was told that I would have received a smaller arrangement. I called back the next morning and asked to speak to an owner. Pam took my call and after I gave my name, she informed me, rather defensively, that she was already well aware of my situation. I was surprised at the tone she took with someone who was calling back with a concern, especially since this revolved around flowers for a funeral. Because the purpose of my call was to let her know situation and she was already aware of the situation, she had nothing else to offer. The flowers I had chosen cost more than the price they quoted on their website. For this reason, I would caution customers who order on site to instead call directly. Had I not done so, I would have received a smaller arrangement than the one I thought I was paying for and would not have known so until I saw them at my Grandfather's funeral the next day.

Small arrangement for what you pay.... I was really disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the flowers I had ordered for the holidays. I had purchased a bouquet for my in-laws (around $75) and not only did they make a centerpiece instead of a bouquet, the arrangement was really small and most of the flowers were daisey looking flowers. I called the florist the following day and they were of no help. I will not order from them again.
