Very nice Internal Medicine Department. Linda and Dr. Copeland are fantastic. Very nice office staff as well.

There is only one thing that is disturbing about the main Billing Department. Please do not "gun" the patients over $19.00. I made arrangements, my fault, to pay a bill on the 27th of December 2008. However, I failed to note that 12/27/08 is on a Saturday. My balance is $0.00.

But the bottom line is that the doctors, and Linda Moore FNP, in the Internal Medicine Department, have always been great, and I intend to keep them at all costs.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter regarding your main billing department. I appreciate that.
