Horrible customer service

I've been in there a few times, and the service is always different.

At the Palm/Nees location, I always received great service. Nothing to complain about, but when I found out there was a new store at Champlain/Perrin, I was happy there was a store closer to home. But no so happy about the service.

I went in with my sister, and neither of us were greeted until we grabbed an item and headed towards the cash register. I was offended by this that we are not worth their time unless we buy. While waiting to be rung up, one of the girls was on the phone with her "daddy" so he could hurry up and buy her juicy outfits.

Another time, I went in there and a girl had asked me, "how are you doing today?" I was wandering around the store, looking at clothing, and replied, "good.' Then I received a snobby reply, "Mine is good, thanks for asking." I was livid. It was no way to be treated especially since it's not the customers job to ask how they are doing. Of course, I walked out with a purchase. It was my last visit there. If I need to purchase Juicy, I'll order from online.

Never again will I visit there.

Decent selections, bad customer service and prices are awful.

This boutique isn't even worth the money. You can find the same exact brands for a cheaper price at Nordstroms. Oh, and the customer service is just awful. The employees won't even greet you when you enter, what's all that about? You'll get treated well if you've had two face lifts done.

• Pros: One of the few trendy boutiques in Fresno.
• Cons: Everything from the customer service to the prices.

Great fashions, best shopping in fresno
