Best Pizza. Pizza night is always at Mama Mia's. They have the best dough if you like your pizza really doughy and bread like. They put the right amount of sauce & cheese and are not at all skimpy on the toppings. The only drawback is they aren't open on Sundays. I've tried their pastas once and wasn't very satisfied. Due to the limited seating I ordered to go since I only live about a mile or two from here. The pasta is put in a plastic container and by the time I got it home it was cold. I'm used to Italian pasta dishes being put in foil containers with white lids, it keeps warm better.

But hands down, best pizza. And if you like the pizza dough, try their rolls. Yummy!

Hidden gem!. Located in Northwest Fresno, Mama Mia's has been in this location since the 1970's, and, although the original family ownership changed, the Italian food is as good as ever under Mike's direction. With little seating, its best to have take out or delivery. Their lunch-time specials are awesome.
