Valentine arrangement arrived at wife s
work with broken and missing petals, one flower close to dying, and the balloon was not even inflated.
So far no response from RF after mailing a letter including photos of the damage. No response from Teleflora either who I ordered through.
Do a search, complaints about Teleflora are through the roof! I should have checked earlier.
Worst management & service ever!.
Company couldn't deliver to the specific area(no biggie) but would not credit my card unless I gave my credit card number.
When I tried to resolve, owner was abusive and hung up on me 4 times.
I also tried to call and email earlier in the week with NO response. Owner claimed she never told me she wouldn't charge my credit card but charge was on my statement.
All okay until she insulted and yelled at me repeatedly. I did try to work it out but she wouldn't talk to me unless I gave her my CC number.
So...I definitely would not recommend this business. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Good luck!
