on october 30 i purchased a 2012 honda. TRX420TMC

ATV AND PICKED IT UP ON NOVEMBER 2ND AND THE SALE

WAS HANDLED BY DAREN WOOTEN. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH EXPERIENCE. DAREN

HAS A VERY PLEASING PERSONALITY, IS IS CURTIOUS,

KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND MAKES YOU FEEL

COMFORTABLE DURING SALE.

ALSO THE GIRLS THAT HANDLED THE PAPERWORK WERE

PLEASANT, KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID

WELL.

WE HAVE A 2004 PILOT WE PURCHASED FROM YOUR

COMPANY AND RECEIVED SAME GREAT TREATMENT

I also HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and especially my salesperson, Tim Catching. In my 46 years, I can't think of a single transaction of this complexity going so smoothly. I live 4 hours south in Orange County, and the one dealer here didn't have the Victory Jackpot I was set on. So I used google to locate one, and Clawson came up first. I phoned, and luckily Tim took the call. I immediately felt like I got a good, honest guy on the line, very unlike many dealerships I've worked with in the past. Tim was very precise in our conversation, unlike the vagueness you feel from less professional salespersons, which makes you feel like they are trying to build-in a hidden profit on you. Tim met all my inquiries, and to make a long story short, I felt so confident that I was in good hands, that I wired the funds and completed the transaction remotely, SIGHT UNSEEN. Tim let me know that he is as particular about a perfect, blemish-free bike as I am, and assured me he would see the bike through the custom work I wanted done. The stellar communication didn't end once the funds were wired, as Tim emailed or texted me daily while we waited for the custom parts to arrive. I picked the bike up a couple days ago, and it is PERFECT.

One more thing ... I rented a car to get to Fresno which had to be dropped off at the airport, and Tim offered to pick me up there when I arrived! Talk about going WAY over the top to ensure a satisfied customer!!!

Clawson is a huge playground of bikes, ATV's, snowmobiles, etc. and I found the reason to their significant success in this competitive industry. I've been so impressed working with Tim (as well as his manager Barney), that they will be my first call when I'm in the market for another toy. I would surely prefer driving 4 hours to deal with these guys, than with the low-class, scheming people I've run into at most other dealers.

I bought a 2012 Suzuki Z400. My salesman Tim Catching was great, discussed with me thoroughly about the ATV and did not pressure me to buy it. He was very knowledgable about all the ATV's in the showroom and was able to easily explain differences to me in a way I would understand.

This is our third purchase at Clawson Motorsports in the last month and this time we had the pleasure to work with Tony Audino. I was trading in my old ATV and Tony made the process easy and stress free. He offered me a fair price and even added further composition on different areas of our purchase to insure I would leave the dealership happy. He was patient with me and never made me feel rushed.

Steve Fifield in Finance is a miracle worker with numbers! He is enjoyable to be around and makes the financing process fast, easy to understand, and not boring! He was able to work out financing with my budget and not-so-perfect credit.

I have worked with Dave in the parts department many times and he is very knowledgable. He takes time to find the best pricing and patiently explains differences between products. I have bought 3 ATV's and I have left the dealership each time happy with the transaction from beginning to end. I have never felt "ripped off" or taken advantage of. I am always leaving with a smile feeling like I had a fair transaction with honest people.

I recommend Clawson Motorsports to anyone and will continue to shop here in the future for parts, accessories, and ATV's.
