Fratelli's is a very pleasurable dining experience.. The Scene: Fratelli's pasta ranges from the familiar Tortellini Al Proscuittio (tortellini in cream sauce with ham and peas), to the exciting Brandy Shrimp (shrimp with brandy, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy pink sauce over bow-tie pasta), with everything in betweeen. Their Chicken Marsala (breast of chicken sauteed in Marsala wine, butter, onions, and mushrooms) with fettuccini is divine. In addition to the regular menu, however, there is also a separate list of customers' favorites and daily specials. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly.
If you order one thing: Keith and Scott's Favorite Dish has been Fratelli's best-selling entree since the summer of 1997, and with good reason: shrimp are sauteed with butter, garlic, fresh mushrooms, artichoke hearts, crushed red peppers, and white wine, then blended into linguine.
