I agree with Ziggy- Summer Place is close to local attractions. BUT, I had lots wrong with my apartment before I moved in, and seven months later, thoes things still haven't been fixed. I have put all the things in writing several times, and the rude manager looks down her nose at everyone there. I've considered breaking my lease because things keep needing repairs, (or exisiting repairs) but I'm just going to stick it out untill my lease is up. So, if you are interested in possibly living here, make sure nothing needs repairs before you move in, cuz chances are, they won't be fixed by the time you move in.

When I first moved to fresno from the LBC i was looking for a nice place where i could get resonable rent but still feel like i was living in a developed city instead of in the middle of no where. (it seems a lot of fresno is that way) Anyways summerplace is in an area called riverpark and they have everything you need, movie theaters, nice restaurants: elephant bar, macaroni grill, famous daves, marie callendars etc. Its like an open shopping mall right down the street and i dont have to worry about where i park so my car wont get jacked or having a security door on my apartment. I love it. plus the management is great it doesnt take them a whole week to get to a leak or even change a light bulb. all in all summer place is cool.
