It was my first time there and my last time there!!! Not friendly, rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, not clean, not sanitary and all together a horrible experience. The people there were very big-headed and made me feel like they were better than me. I will never give them any of my business again....
Pros: none!

I am new to the area and had heard of Spectrum from a few people. Recently, I decided to try them out. I thought the salon was aesthetically pleasing. The service was adequate. They had many high end products and services to choose from and my stylist was friendly. The service I'd gotten was color and a hair cut. I was not terribly pleased with the outcome of either one but, it was not terrible enough to make a fuss. I suppose my biggest turn off was the large amount of money I paid for mediocre services. The final product was not up to par with the hefty price. If anyone reading this plans on trying this place for the first time my suggestion would be to know exactly who is cutting your hair and how much they charge.
Pros: They have high end products.
Cons: Their prices are super inflated.
