Fresno's BEST Salon. I have been going to see CJ King(hair color & style specialist) at Reflections salon for over 7yrs now. I look forward to my appointments as the atmosphere at Relections is friendly and inviting. I have referred MANY people over the years to the salon and have never had an unhappy report back..EVER! I've had manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, etc..No one I've come into contact with has ever been unfriendly or uncaring. They have a huge supply of hair products for sale to choose from, which I love. Also a BIG thing to me is a neat and very clean salon and I must say that the floors are constantly swept up and the facilities are always spotless. I would recommend Reflections to anyone. I promise you will not be disappointed.... Give them at try!

Great Salon, NOT so GREAT customer service. It was my first time at this salon. I was hoping to get a great experience. I've been wanting to get a great makeover for such a long time. Once I walked in, there were no "greetings" from the employees. They just looked straight at me and asked me what was I here for. I told them I was here for a hair cut. They told me to go ahead and sit down and they will be right over. Customers that came after me were given to a hairdresser right away. I thought about walking out, but did not want to. I asked to use the restroom and was directed to the restroom, and while I was going to the restroom, I noticed that the EMPLOYEES were just sitting around talking and laughing away. After about 20-30 min., the lady that was sitting in the front finally came up to me and asked me for the 2nd time what was I here for. I told her again, and she finally said, "ok , we will need to make you an appointment." After about 10 min, a hairdresser finally came out and got me. It was the longest wait ever. The nightmare did not just end there. I came with a photo of the kind of hair cut that I wanted. My haircut turned out to be nothing like the photo. It was so short. I wanted an A-Line haircut, and she gave me a Bob-cut. It was a waste of $45. I just wanted to point out that if you are a minority, you are NOT welcome there. It is just a place for those who think money is better than customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. IT WILL BE LIKE HELL ONCE YOU STEP IN. I do not think that you deserve the People's Choice Awards.

Great Salon. I've never gotten bad service here. My stylist is great, and I've always been treated politely.

The best bit for me is the fact that no one tries to sell me products while I'm there. In other salons I've felt like a prisoner in the styling chair as employees show me bottles of pomade, conditioner, spritzes and sprays. I don't know about other people, but I find it really hard to say no in the face of sales pressure. As a result, my friends have all be gifted with styling products that I bought but ended up not using.

once you go here you'll be a client for life!. i love this salon i"ve been going there for 7 years. almost if not all the hair dressers are top notch. i've always been well taken care of, and everytime i leave the salon i get complements on my hair. as far as i'm concerned they have some of the best colorist and stylist in the city. i don't know what all these other people are complaining about, very one has always been friendly and helpful to me. and yes they are expensive but what do you expect, they're the best! and i've learned you get what you pay for. if you want to try this salon i would recommened booking an appointment with natalie pistoresi, she's amazing at what she does plus she a sweetie. like i said i've been going to her for 7 yrs!

Worst salon I have ever been to.. This is an expensive beauty salon and the stylists are unfriendly, not on time, and I never felt like I was anything but a money machine giving to them. Tips of $10 were expected by a very low on the totem pole hair dresser. She was rude and as I walked around no other hair dresser bothered to say hello or be friendly. They made me feel very uncomfortable. So, I left!

Not Recommend. Time and time again this spa has proved to be a run of the mill substandard spa. I would not recommend going unless you are desperate for an appointment. There is no warmth in this spa everyone looks like they have a chip on their shoulder and they are doing you a favor for serving you as a client.

Horrible customer servce. The hairdressers at Reflections are good, however the business end definitely leaves something to be desired. They have incompetent teenagers running this place who don't know anything about customer service and don't mind losing customers (the manager told me this herself). For the outrageous price, this salon definitely does NOT provide a first class experience. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, I know I will. They definitely only care about the very rich at this establishment.
