Shocked by the POOR Customer Service.

I visited Kid Dreams last week after my mom told me about the cute stuff they had. When I first walk in the door I was so excited by everything I saw! They had adorable things and I thought I had finally found the store I would exclusively shop at for my daughter. No one ever greeted me or said anything to me in the first 15 minutes I was there. The only time anyone said anything to me was when I asked a question. Even then they were short and rude. I'm not sure why they treated me the way they did. I was polite and friendly to them and complemented the products they carried. I thought it must have been because I came in just before closing.

I ended up buying a rhinestone slider charm bracelet for myself and was quite happy with my new bracelet. Until....2 days later the rhinestones started falling off! I have had 2 of these bracelets before from other stores and never had this happen.

So I took the bracelet back and they fixed it. But they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to fix it and hardly spoke a word to me when I was there.

Then when I asked about a product they rudely said, "No we don't carry that. maybe you should have looked for that at Halloween time.". I could not believe how rude they were.

Their items are not cheap and you would think they would provide better customer service since they are a "high end boutique". I will not do business there again unless I absolutely have to.

This boutique is run by the rudest people. The owner was there and she was the ring leader of rudeness! They should be called QueenBitches!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE ARE SNOBS

THIS STORE IS CUTE BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE, THE PEOPLE AND OWNER ARE RUDE AND HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDES EVER I HAVE STARTED SHOPPING AT EVER AFTER AND CARMEL KIDS MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE... THEY ARE THE MOST INSENSITIVE PEOPLE EVER!! THE OWNER ESPECIALLY IS THE BIGGEST BITCH EVER!

Would NEVER recommend this business - HORRIBLE attitude and so/so merchandise.

This was probably one of the worst baby boutique shopping experiences we have had in our recent outtings. The owner of the boutique was incredibly RUDE and had a very snobbish attitude. We're not sure why, as her store ranks mediocre in comparison with the MANY baby boutiques we visit. The store offerings were "okay" at best, and her attitude may have been making up for her obvious shortcomings. We give the business a two-thumbs down and would NEVER do business with this shop. Don't waste your time with this run-of-the-mill shop hosting the WORST customer service we've come across in a LONG LONG time!
