I can't explain how much this boutique has saved me with numerous last minute birthday gifts! The young girls that work there always greet me as soon as I walk in the door and have such great suggestions!! I am shocked to see these reviews that are displaying a lot of untrue facts about this boutique! I have always received great customer service and have had zero problems with their return policy. They are a small boutique and do have a return policy that they do go by, but if you follow it, there is no problem! My favorite thing about this boutique is the personal attention I receive and also their unique items that you can get personalized. If you love boutiques where the employees know you by name as well as your daughters name, then this is the place to go!! Check it out! They have so many great options for girls and boys!!
A NIGHTMARE OF A STORE

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The prices are way too high, however, I would not mind paying these prices if I was treated with actual customer service. The owner and her daughter are the rudest, most demeaning individuals I have ever encountered. Please never shop at this store as you will be treated as something the owner found on the bottom of her show. They have terrible customer service and the most ridiculous return policy ever!! Do not shop here unless you enjoy being treated like dirt!

I will never go back! The owner and her teenage help are rude and obnoxious! They went out of their way to treat me poorly when I tried to return an item with the tags on with a receipt! They completely lack any professionalism! The clothing is extremely over priced for the quality. I don't mind paying good money for nice things but in that type of sale I would expect to be treated with some dignity! Stay away from Kid Dreams! There is a much nicer boutque on the opposite corner of Bullard and West where you will be treated like a customer! Spend your money somewhere else!
Returning customer treated with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN

I love the merchandise in this store. They really have a unique store and so many awesome items. However, their customer service is BEYOND POOR. I received a gift from this store and the bracelet did not fit properly so I took it into the store to see if they would honor an exchange since it was a gift. I was even willing to pay any difference in price or forfeit any refund since the bracelet I wanted was cheaper than the one I received as a gift. Unfortunately they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was even more concerned that the Owner displayed the worst customer service in front of her young employees and 2 other customers in the store.
I will continue to shop at this store because I love their merchandise however, their customer service skills need to be improved. It is unflattering to be so rude and at like snobs to be people that have made your store successful by being returning customers.

I visited Kid Dreams last week after my mom told me about the cute stuff they had. When I first walk in the door I was so excited by everything I saw! They had adorable things and I thought I had finally found the store I would exclusively shop at for my daughter. No one ever greeted me or said anything to me in the first 15 minutes I was there. The only time anyone said anything to me was when I asked a question. Even then they were short and rude. I'm not sure why they treated me the way they did. I was polite and friendly to them and complemented the products they carried. I thought it must have been because I came in just before closing.
I ended up buying a rhinestone slider charm bracelet for myself and was quite happy with my new bracelet. Until....2 days later the rhinestones started falling off! I have had 2 of these bracelets before from other stores and never had this happen.
So I took the bracelet back and they fixed it. But they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to fix it and hardly spoke a word to me when I was there.
Then when I asked about a product they rudely said, "No we don't carry that. maybe you should have looked for that at Halloween time.". I could not believe how rude they were.
Their items are not cheap and you would think they would provide better customer service since they are a "high end boutique". I will not do business there again unless I absolutely have to.
This boutique is run by the rudest people. The owner was there and she was the ring leader of rudeness! They should be called QueenBitches!
