The Scene
Fuzio is one of the best eateries in the Riverpark shopping center. The outdoor patio is enclosed within a short wrought-iron fence allowing guests to watch the foot traffic in the center of the shopping mall as they eat. Fuzio has a very nice ambience if you dine out on the patio but it can be a bit cramped indoors. The perfect lunch spot for meeting family, friends or business associates.
The Food
The food at Fuzio can't be strictly classified as Italian; their pasta dishes draw on many influences, from Asian to Mediterranean. Fuzio's full bar has a killer list of martinis including berry martinis, blue martinis and the cosmo martini.
Dish to Die For
Try the Fuzio Firecracker Pork Fusille, made with tender ginger-braised pork, spicy-hot habanero pesto and sour cream.

Located in the River Park Center in Northwest Fresno, the location of this restaurant is hot. While their service may be lacking, their martini's are good and their small portions of pasta are tasty.

The waitstaff and managers need to learn the steps of service!!! A customer should never have to wait 15minutes to be greeted! A customer should always be asked about wine, appetizers , the specials and dessert! A customer should never be rushed out of the restuarant because its a holiday! This restuarant needs some serious educational training...the managers need to know how to handle critical situations and the staffs need to learn the steps of service!
