Beauty > Scissor HandsI left this salon in tears! I asked for a simple trim and I ended up 4 inches shorter, When I got home I also noticed that my hair was longer by about an inch on one side. I called several times and asked to speak with the owner but they took my number and I have never heard from her yet. I have since gone to a more professional salon to have my hair fixed. Scissorhackers was the worst experience ever. By the way, the butchers name was Ashley, I was warned by a friend and didn't listen. Guess that was my learning experience.
Owner is a cool person. I worked for chris and she is a very good business woman! But i quess some people envy such success as hers and as far as im concerned she is an awesome boss and she understands how to make bussiness last! Good for you chris! Im happy for ur success! Owner Has Bad Business Ethic. I'm sorry to say that Chris, the owner, treats her staff like talentless, sweat shop workers. Paid by the hour she actually discourages her staff from building clientele. I found her to be extremely cold with an unfavorable business ethic. Certainly one not worthy of Fresno. The cuts are about the same quality as Super Cuts across the street...save your money and go there instead. After the way I was treated by her (especially in a bad business climate) I would recommend you go elsewhere with your money.
