terrible staff!!!. Terrible receptionists,terrible staff. Will never go back to this dr. ofice ever again. This is the 3rd time I get there to my appt and they cancel my appt, when im already there waiting in the office. they have patients waiting for 30 min or more and if a patient gets there 5 or 15 minutes late, they cancel your appt. I left a message for dr. mason and he never returned my call. Will never go back to this place.Don't recommend dr. mason at all.

Awful!!!. Last week I called Dr. Mason's office asking to speak with his nurse and was told that they were busy. I asked the front desk receptionist if they had an opening on the schedule and right away said no! I asked her if she could double make sure I told her that I had just found out I was pregnant and was spotting. I told her that I was less than 2 months looking back at my last menstrual cycle but that i was worried and wanted to come in asap. She then rudely to me to hold on. I was on hold for ten minutes when she came back and said," no we dont have anything until next week do u want that appointment? I told her that it was an emergency and that it could not wait till next week so i asked her if i could be transferred to the nurse and rudely said ok hold on. I left the nurse a message giving her all the details adn hoped she would call me back asap since i made this call when they had just opened i figured they would call me back that same day.

I ended up miscarrying that same night and its been a little longer than a week and im still waiting for that phone call needless to say buit i will never go back to this office.
