BACK 2 BACK PROM DRESS SUCCESS!. I found last years prom dress at Luftenburg's after trying on a million other dresses at various different stors. This years prom dress i also found there. Only this time i didn't bother going to any other store i went straight to Luftenburg. Both times I found the dress i loved within 5 min. :D THey were both so beautiful. What i liked there is that the employee was not rude at all, she was very helpful. & she also offered different options i had towards alterations. She wasn't pushy, she gave me my own space, but also stepped in when she needed too. I recommend this bridal store. I will return for other occasions :D

Elegance and Style!!!!!!!. I found my dream wedding dress at this store with wonderful service and of couse great Mexican Music! unique in every aspect and of course mmmmm i don't recommend it for "stupid-brainless, racist, closed-minded, ignorant, repulsive, rats!!!!!



of course my comment is directed toward the idot that made such a racist and irrelevant remark about "Mexican music". Mmmm you brainless worm, you are rating the store not the music.....but....how can u understand with such low IQ??? I feel sorry for people like u.......poor boyfriend of yours....What did he do to deserve so little??????

Fabulous customer service. Luftenburg's Bridal made shopping with my sister's wedding gown a memorable day. They immediately greeted us and in ten minutes trying on dresses. They listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect dress. We had visited another bridal shop previously before arriving to Luftenburg's and they were aggressive, pushing other dresses on my sister, leaving her frustrated and upset . But Luftenburg's was sensitive to my sister wants and did not try to push any dress on my sister just to make a sale. Luftenburg's cares and I recommend going there and not the others.

Picture Perfect Day. I found the dress I had been looking for in the color I wanted and the size I needed when Elegant Brides said I wouldn't. I was so discouraged and unwilling to keep looking when Elegant Brides said no store would have the dress I was looking for in a plus size because samples only come in size 14. That I should just order it from them and compromise on the color. But I found it at Luftenburg's. The associates and owner were so helpful and friendly. They are helping us make alterations to my sister's bridesmaid dress so that it can have both purple and white like I wanted. I'm so excited about my dress and am driving my fiance crazy over how excited I am. Oh and Elegant Brides was going to charge us $899 for the dress that I paid only $569 at Luftenburg's. Even Alfred Angelo prices the dress at $599. Thank you so much Luftenburg for helping me find the dress of my dreams and making everything special for me again.

Do Not Go Here. Do not go to Luftenburgs! I had all my girls fitted and dresses ordered in Dec 2008 because my wedding was May 2009. My maid of honor's dress did not arrive until two weeks before my wedding and she was not able to pick it up until 5 days before the wedding due to alterations. All of my bridesmaid dresses had to have a piece of fabric sewn in the top and all of them fell apart or did not have the piece and had to make an extra trip back to Luftenburgs. Most of the women I spoke to on the phone had no idea what they were doing. All five of my bridesmaid were not able to get their dresses until the week before the wedding.

BEAUTIFUL DRESSES!. I have to disagree on the bad review Luftenburg's has received. Their dresses are no different then Mia Bella Couture, Madeline's or Scarlet o'hara. We have bought Prom/formal dresses at all 4 stores. The dress we paid a fortune for at Scarlet o'hara was made so poorly-so don't even go by the location when deciding. Luftenburg's has been around forever and being that it is on the mall you get a lot of different people from different backgrounds looking at the dresses, but that should be no reason the the awful review it received. Check it out-then check out all the others pricey dress shops-you will see there is no difference in quality-just in price!

AWFUL!! Nice brides don't go here!!. My friend and I came here to find some wedding gowns and was severely disappointed. Even though we had made appointments, the 2 consultants didn't give us the time of day and were helping teenage girls find prom dresses! And the place is just plain old and unwelcoming. If you are looking for a mexican quincenera dress, then this is the place for you. But if you're looking for some elegance and classy gowns, then I highly suggest you go somewhere beautiful and helpful like Madeline's Bridal Boutique! I still can't believe how awful this place was, and just plain gross. Go here for cheap looking and feeling dresses, if that's how you want to present yourself at your wedding.
