I would highly recommend calling, even if you have other estimates. Right now they are running a price match plus 5% off promotion that saved me over $100 dollars on the spot! I showed them my bid and that's all it took. Easiest money I've ever saved!

I Love My New Patio Cover!!!. I'm not sure who the previous reviewer spoke with on the phone but my sales representative was polite and professional. Perhaps you got an angry response for trying to telemarket?

Everyone has to make a living but soliciting people at work tends to make some businessmen quite angry. As a retail rep, I too have been exceptionally bothered by people trying to sell me something at work. Especially when my job is to market products to them...

Regardless...

I assure you my experience was extremely more pleasant. The estimator showed up professionally and on time. After taking measurements, he spent about 30 minutes or so going over possible fabric colors to compliment the exterior look and feel of my house. My rep even took into consideration my ornate landscaping as well. I felt like he was giving me ideas about what he would have done if it was his house. I loved his flair for design.

The installers while your average construction crew did an excellent job. They were quite respectful of my yard plants while moving ladders and left absolutely no mess behind. I've hired work crews and spent time afterwards cleaning up after them. Yuck...

All in all, I have already spent several hours under my new patio cover and already love it. It looks so beautiful with the rope lighting! I can't wait till summer when I can sit at my table and enjoy my now covered patio with all the shade it will provide.

P.S. If I have the funds in the summer, I may want to go with those privacy curtains as well. We'll be in touch...

Absolutely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Our company offers a service for local businesses. I called this company & whoever answered the phone said he was the owner & told me quit f____n calling me & f__k you. With that attitude you will not be in business long and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of what a piece of s___t you are. Have a great day!
