Surprisingly good!. We have eaten at Ming's once and had their takeout several times. A very authentic Chinese restaurant -- seems the whole family works there. The service was good and the family pleasant. The food we had was very fresh and tasty. The prices were great, especially if you are on a budget. And when a friend who has frequented this restaurant for years saw a well-known local chef from an upscale restaurant having lunch there, he was totally convinced that it is a good place. My palate agrees and we shall return.
