I am born again. The food! Oh the food! I started with the New England Maine lobster roll. Every bite orgasmic. To drink: the Candied-Ginger Cooler. This is what I imagine drinking in heaven. I couldn't stop. I had to have the Albacore Tuna confit with olive tapenade with garden lettuces and a Pineapple Jalapeno Soda. Nirvana! And for dessert: Bittersweet Chocolate Cake with Valrhona chocolate ganache and crème fraiche ice cream. Oh, mother make it stop! Even the coffee was an experience. Everything was thoroughly enjoyable. Every little detail right down to the silverware, glasses, and plates is a knockout. Human beings were not meant to live this well, and yet I have. Now I can meet my maker, point my finger between his eyes, and say, "You're not God!" "Tim Woods is!" I was so happy I got to say hello to Tim and thank him personally. I am born again!…
