I called on Sat. May 31, 2008 to this mariachi group to perform for a last minute fiesta for my grandmother who came from Mexico and was greeted by the rudest person to answer the phone for a business. He(I did not get his name) did not allow me to talk after I asked if there were any availabilities for that day, he boldly went on to assume that I was part of a group of people that were apparently calling all week for their services. I did not even get a chance to ask for times or prices because he just went on ranting and raving about me calling before. Sad because I am a madrina of mariachi for my brother's wedding next year! Did I mention that he hung up on me. Too bad because where I work, this mariachi was recommended. Even if it were a bad day for him he is self employed and reputation is everything. Mariachi Santa Cruz was able to accomadate us last minute in a professional manner.
