The Experience
Built by Fresno's seven Rotary Clubs to benefit the children of the community, Storyland is an interactive fairy tale kingdom where children can walk into Mother Goose's world and see nursery rhymes brought to life.
The Best
Magic Keys can be purchased along with admission; a pre-recorded voice tells stories that accompany each new scene visitors come across.
The Rest
Live performances are held in the summer, so expect to see a face-painting clown or a stage play. Playland offers 10 carnival rides including a roller coaster, Ferris wheel, and spinning teacups. Paddle boats and even motor boats can be rented at nearby Lake Washington. Rotary Playland admission is free and the park is currently being upgraded by the city and private donations.
