mmmmm lets see, the inside of the yoga center is very beautiful, lots of tasteful colors, they have massage, they do prenatal yoga for my friend, they have kids yoga, and I have a lot of fun in the classes. I am sort of new at yoga and they make me feel at home, I like to get my friends to come with me but they are big chickens. lol. My friends think its some kind of religion or something, i dunno, they're not very worldly but i wish they would come because it makes me fell really good. My back feels soooo good after class I want to do it everyday. and i like the yoga center because it is very clean inside they make you take your shoes off when you come in which is good. and what else, uhmmm OH, my singing is much much better, oH WOW, i can breathe soooo much deeper I love it! OK I sound like a wacko i know but I am bringing my mom and my brother to take classes with me, my mom needs to lose some weight and i know this will help a lot. And my brother thinks he is strong but he has no idea how to do the yoga pushup, he is in for a huge surprise...OK ok i'm done now....anyway I love yoga and this is the best yoga center and Joanne and Geovanni are the best teachers. I am from LA and this place is better than down there.
Pros: everything!
Cons: nothing!

I grew up practicing yoga as a child in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, but it has been 15 years since I did any yoga. This has been wonderful for me and I feel like I am practicing the yoga as was instructed in my city. This is a very good place for yoga and I am happy with everything. Some classes are very challenging and others are very kind and relaxing.
Pros: it is the place I tell my friends to come and do the yoga. The instructors are well trained.
Cons: I cannot think of anything

I expected that I would get a good sweat on with ashtanga and it is a total full body workout in the ashtanga classes. I tried the restorative class and that was not what I was expecting, it totally opened up my hamstrings and made my body fell really centered, I didn't think I would like that kind of yoga but it was cool. I used to do yoga at the gym and its just not the same as a real studio, the gym is just a workout with hardly any instruction just all go go go go or slow slow slow. I havn't tried the yoga/abs class but I hear it is really challenging and totally works the abs. The instructors are all good and i like the people that run it too. i would recommend this place to everybody.

Love this studio, I totaly feel at home. I have taken classes with some "big names" in yoga, but I have had some of my best classes ever with Giovanni at Perfect Balance Yoga! Good schedule, but would like level 3-4 class. Would like more classes with Eric. Would like a few more hikes. Bring the didgeridoo guy back again.
Pros: Great teachers, great studio, great owners.
Cons: more events, no level 4 or 5 classes

Have been looking for a good yoga studio in the valley and got really lucky & found a GREAT ONE! What a superb yoga studio, those guys did an awesome job.....it just feels really good in there. I can't say enough good things about the instructors, excellent instruction and so far they take really good care of us.
Pros: good location, awesome teachers, beautiful studio
Cons: no sunday classes yet, need a 6am class
