Can I say that I just love these guys, they have names like Grumpy, Germy, T.F., New-Guy, Old-Guy and Popo, they even have their own wallpaper, they also have the knowledge to make your computer perform like a champ. Going the Extra mile is what the guys at Micronet Computers do the best, I know because I brought in 5 computers and asked if they could all be done in one day, when the laughing was over, Charles (Grumpy, the owner) replied "sure if you really need them." Even I though that he was joking, then he asked for a volunteer to help him with my project, remarkably enough all of his techs volunteered to stay and help him to get the job done, this was yesterday after 4pm, and here I am almost 14 hours later picking up my computers, and they're all working fine, and the guys are just as jovial as they were when I brought the computers to them the day before. The thing I learned from this experience is that it never hurts to ask for something, Grumpy says "a closed mouth never gets fed." My opinion for readers of this article is that Micronet Computers and it's crew are the best technicians around, you should visit them when you have your next computer problem, I sure will and I'll be telling all of my friends. BTW, when you get there ask him what a Juiceman is....

Pros: They do excellent work, have a high degree of knowledge and are very reassuring.

Cons: We need more Micronet Computer Shops in Fresno.

In a time when people are looking for the best deal and quality work, I found a diamond in the rough. I found Micronet Computers. I found myself in the need of a computer technician at about 3am, crazy isn't it? I actually took a chance and found one. My intentions were to only leave a voice mail on their service, but I actually got an answer at 3:12 in the morning (father's day ). A groggy voice answered the phone "Micronet." I was astounded! "How can I help you?" I hung up right away, two minutes late my phone rang! Curse that caller I.D. thing! I timidly answered, hello... The voice came over the phone, "you called me, so you must really be in trouble." I was, I needed someone to help me through determining if I damaged my computer or not. I must admit that I was browsing in places that no one should really be going, my computer was screwer. The voice introduced himself as Charles and admitted that he was sleep, but assured me that he could help, he told me that I need to first unplug my computer from the web, then not to do anything until the sun comes up because whatever I did was already done, and that it wasn't going to get any worse until the morning. At 8:10 a.m. I answered my phone, it was Charles asking me to bring the computer over to Micronet, at about 10a.m. I showed up, and there he was, my savior, drinking some coffee and asking me to tell him what the problem was. I retold my story of what I was doing. I should be ashamed, I know, but Charles was not judgmental, he fixed my problem, and I paid him. What a great relationship on top of that my husband knows nothing about it! Thanks Micronet, thank you Charles for coming on on FATHERS DAY!

Pros: Does what you need to get the job done.

Cons: There are no con's, other companies should be like them.

I know that I'm no computer guru, but I believe that the guys at Micronet Computers are. There are many stores out there professing to be the best in computers, but they aren't. I've been to many places to have my computers fixed and waited days or even weeks to get my computer back, not true at Micronet Computers. I saw Micronet's spot on Valley Life on TV and decided to call them to get the discounted system tune up and wound up getting more than that, my computer was much better that it was going in and even performed better than when another local company called themselves tuning my computer up. In fact I liked the service I received so much I brought another computer in the next day for a data recovery. Micronet Computers recovered all of my data, and made copies on DVD for me and even transferred my e-mail from my old computer to my much better working computer. The guys at Micronet Computers need to be seen more, just talking with Charles and Brandon gave more of an education about the Do's and Don'ts when it comes to computers, so if you're looking for a place for great computer services drop by Micronet Computers and see the guys and say hi to Jaws the fish.

Pros: Everything they do is magic, great service, excellent knowledge, timely service and they're easy to deal with.

Cons: They could use a little larger place.

The guys at Micronet Computers are just plain smart, they work quickly and have great prices, and above all they're honest and helpful. They're kind of out of the way, but service this good is worth the trip. The owner helped me with my e-mail issues because my DSL provider couldn't seem to get my Outlook program to work. The owner fixed my problem very fast, all the while explaining to me how the program worked and how to make back ups of the data in my e-mail box. I highly recommend these guys because all other service technicians pale in comparison,.

This could quite possibly be the best computer repair service and computer builder in the entire Central Valley. The guys there are very knowledgable in their technical expertise, and the owner made us feel like family. The Charles is a hands on type of guy who orchestrates the whole thing from computer repair to website design, data recovery and having a good time while he does it. The Micronet Computers sign on the front window say's they're "Your Computer Guardian," and I guess they really mean it, they recovered all of my data, taught me how to save it to DVD or CD, made copies of the data they recovered, and then told me that if I had any questions about how to do it later, just call, they answer the phone for real...!!! If you're ever in need of complete professional computer care and want do save time and money go see these guys, they're AMAZING!
