We switched all services to U-Verse

Warren Edwards was helpful an knowledgable. He helped us find the right mix of services with rebates that covered 3 of our 4 new iphones and saved us about $100 / month over our previous comcast / sprint services. Warren was quick to respond during the next 6 months whenever I had a question or a problem. He was always polite and a gentleman around my two 17yo daughters. It saddens me that someone can try to trash someones reputaion in a public way.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS RETAIL STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.
DO NOT BUY SERVICES FROM WARREN EDWARDS!!! HE SEXUALLY HARRASSED MY 15 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER AND I PERSONALLY WITNESSED HIM GROPPING A FELLOW EMPLOYEE IN THE PARKING LOT. HE BLEW CIGARETTE SMOKE IN MY FACE AND IS THE RUDDEST EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE EVER WITNESSED.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
