Looking for Chinese food, as my favorite (when I am here on business) is Ocean City was closed, I happened on Jade. There was a communication problem right off--the server was agreeing without understanding. Once we got past that I ordered --- (cannot use the correct word) Stickers--marvelous filling!!! The noodle shell was undercooked at the pinches, but the bottoms fried up best I've seen in a long time. These were not burned, but a lovely golden brown. The sauce looked as if the vegetables had been sitting in there a long time though it was nice and spicy. I ordered one of my favorite dishes--Orange Beef (I use it as a test of a new place--they failed). I asked about rice and because of the current prices, I had to order separately. I opted for Vegetable Fried Rice. The beef was the single worst incarnation I have ever eaten. From the doughy, heavy, under cooked batter--to the one or two lonely over-cooked orange peels, the sauce was a gelatinous mass that tasted more of vinegar than orange. The vegetable rice was unremarkable--the vegetables were all still very crunchy. The server asked about my meal and the communication barrier came up again. I resorted to very simple (felt badly) single syllable words--basically "very bad food". Nothing was done or apologies made. I would not recommend this place.
Pros: Filling for --- Stickers was awesome!
